and Tax Information

UK Orders
Carriage and handling is by
First Class mail, Tracked 24 or Yodel depending on the size of your
order. If you require guaranteed next day delivery or your order
to be insured for more than £20, Special Delivery is an optional
extra.
Carriage for small and medium orders (under 2.0kg) is by First Class
mail and goods should arrive the day after despatch. Although 90%+
of first class packages reach their destination the day after posting
this is not guaranteed. If you wish to be certain to receive your
order the next day and for insurance up to £1000 value, a
Special Delivery service is available at a £6 surcharge. This
is listed on the "Manufacturer: Other, Model: Other" menu
in the Product Selector. Special Delivery is available for orders
up to 2kg.
In the case of loss (non arrival
after ten working days) or damage, if carriage was by first class
mail or tracked 24 we will claim for the missing packet with Royal
Mail. This can take up to three months or more. When we successfully
receive the compensation we will refund you up to the maximum of
£20 payable by Royal Mail for first class or £150 for
tracked 24. If you choose Special Delivery when we receive the compensation
we will refund you the entire value of the goods up to £1000.
For larger orders, over 2.0kg,
we generally use Yodel that's a 2-3 day service. For offshore areas
such as Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands we will use letter
post up to 2kg and above that Parcel Force 48 which takes up to
about 3 days. Yodel deliveries are insured for £50 in case
of loss or damage. For extra insurance you must add the Special
Delivery surcharge.
Orders placed before 3:30pm
will normally go out the same day by post or next day by carrier,
unless there is a stock problem and we advise you otherwise (Monday
to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).
2. EEC Countries
Carriage for small orders (under
2kg) is by recorded International Signed For airmail, and goods
should arrive between 2 and 5 working days after dispatch. We normally
insure the goods up to their full value. In the case of loss or
damage we will refund the compensation we receive from the insurance.
For larger overseas orders
we ship as two parcels or use courier or airfreight services.
Packages may be delayed at
customs, and sales tax or import duty may be charged on arrival. |
